24th Place Development: Portland, OR
The plan for these vacant parcels is to create critical mass in an area of the city that has been slow to develop for decades. The development consists of seven properties owned by four separate interests. It is a no new car development with housing, commercial and retail units. The buildings are oriented to the existing streets of Burnside and Ankeny and a new pedestrian street has been added to connect between them. The project is currently in the schematic design phase.
