Ankeny Lofts: Portland, OR

This project is currently being developed by COLAB. The site is a thin 24 foot wide by 100 foot deep parcel on SE Ankeny Street in Portland. The building will house one commercial space and two live / work lofts on the upper levels. The south façade is designed to have movable screens to aid in the shading of the south glazing. The building is being designed with LEED goals in mind.
