Ball Park District: San Diego, CA

A master plan and media tower design to re-develop a 26 block downtown San Diego neighborhood. Though the new stadium for the Padres is the anchor and the impetus for this project, the district has been planned to be sustainable on its own merits as a retail and entertainment area. To further support this new program, residential development as well as mixed-use commercial projects have been integrated into the design.
