DMCC Tower: Dubai, UAE

The total area development for this project contains plots for sixty towers around a man-made lake. The towers are clustered in groups of three, one residential and two office towers, all located on top of a shared parking plinth. The base of the tower and the perimeter of the plinth provide retail and service programs for this dense new community. This 37 story "smart" tower will provide class "A" office space. The envelope is clad in titanium composite panels with high performance glazing and automated metal mesh sunscreens that track the sun’s path. The tower’s interior provides column-free floor plates with raised floors for data and air delivery.
