COLAB was retained by PB PlaceMaking to serve as a design consultant on three development sites adjacent to new transit line stations under construction in Dubai. This site is at the terminus of Sheik Zayed Road and adjacent to Zaabeel Park. Our task was to design building programs and open spaces that will foster the use of the new transit system. COLAB was responsible for the urban design and project visual representations.
