Evergreen Row Houses: Vancouver, BC

A small mixed used project located in the rejuvenated downtown of Vancouver Washington. The building consists of four residential units that rest atop a parking and retail base to create the 24-hour vitality needed for a successful city center. The façade design gives each unit it's own distinct identity while creating a transition of scale between large condo towers and single family homes close by.
