Jumeirah Lakes Towers: Dubai, UAE

Our client is the master developer for the 61 building development in Dubai known locally as Jumeirah Lakes. COLAB was commissioned to design prototypical towers that were either residential or mixed use in nature. These designs were used to show investors the development potential of the sites being offered for sale. COLAB produced designs that were later used as the basis for designs that were produced by local Dubai architects.
