Madinat Jumeirah Masterplan: Dubai, UAE

This master plan represents a large-scale continuation of the existing Madinat Jumeirah on Jumeirah Beach in Dubai. The design incorporates internal transportation systems and when finished will total 61,000,000 square feet of built-up area. Madinat Jumeirah was envisioned by COLAB to be a vibrant 24 hour public / private district. The program is for high-density residential, hotels and resorts and commercial space over retail entertainment and destination entertainment venues.
