Nike Athlete Hospitality Center: Salt Lake City | 2002 Winter Olympics

A 9,800 square-foot art gallery transformed into a special events facility for Nike to host Olympic Athletes and retailers during the winter games of 2002 in Salt Lake City. Our task was to design a modern space that represented the Nike brand, and could be easily constructed and dismantled in one week before and after the games. The design incorporates Nike products showcased within the space using unique building materials such as fiberglass, recycles rubber and fabrics. The concept celebrates the elements of the Olympics and of winter in form and material.
