Nolf Loft: Portland, OR

A design for the expansion of a space in an existing Pearl District warehouse on Irving Street. The Nolf loft expresses the evolution of the neighborhood into a haven for high-end mixed-use urban living by the use and successful integration of warm, natural materials and the implementation of traditional industrial detailing of steel.
