Port Rashid | Scheme Two: Dubai, UAE

Port Rashid is currently a busy seaport in the Gulf city of Dubai. COLAB has been commissioned to master plan this expansive area as new residential, commercial, and entertainment centers. The water-oriented design is centralized in what we call the Entertainment Centrum. All canals lead to the Centrum. In this design there are as many canals as there are hardscape streets.
